We are looking for a Designer who will help us bring creative concepts to life across our brand, internal projects, and client work. This role blends creative thinking with actual design process, creating designs that not only looks great but serves a clear function.

About the role

• Design visual assets for Digital Margarita and our clients across multiple touchpoints; social media graphics, web visuals, presentation decks, and brand identity assets.

• Adapt your work across different design platforms and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & After Effects), Figma, and low-code/no-code tools like Wix Studio and Shopify etc., depending on project needs.

• Stay curious and pick up new design tools, platforms, or technology as projects demand.

• Collaborate with the team to understand project goals and translate briefs into design solutions that fit each client's brand and marketing strategy.

• Generate original concepts through sketching, mood boarding, or visual exploration before moving into execution.

• Use AI tools strategically to speed up workflows, explore ideas, or enhance output, tools like ChatGPT, Claude & Gemini; knowing which tool fits which task and when to use them.

About You

• You have a solid foundation in graphic design fundamentals.

• You are already multidisciplinary or at least excited to explore different areas of design beyond what you already know.

• You understand the thinking behind design decisions, not just how to execute them in software.

• You can work independently once you have direction, and you know when to figure things out on your own, versus when to ask questions.

• You are proactive, receptive to feedback, and comfortable iterating based on revisions.

• You communicate clearly in English, both in writing and conversation.

About the Engagement Type

• Independent consultant and individual contributor responsible for your own tax filing.

• Fully remote. You can work from anywhere, provided you maintain discipline, focus, and consistent communication.

• You must have a functional workstation with reliable internet, a good laptop or computer, and the ability to collaborate virtually.

• Compensation: Fixed monthly retainer.
